Lasting Impressions is a small, friendly local cleaning company offering all aspects of domestic cleaning in Milton Keynes. After months of research, we found that most people just want a reliable, honest and hardworking domestic cleaner, without having difficult contracts and expensive upfront fees.

How Lasting Impressions Started …

I was made redundant from my accounts job after 8 years, and wanted to do something which fitted in with my family commitments. I worked for another cleaning company for a year, but was shocked by how uninvolved the owners were with their cleaners and clients. I thought that I could offer a better service.

I started Lasting Impressions in February 2010. After a few months I had too much work, so I started to take on other cleaners to help me. Then I had a website created and started to offer other services like carpet cleaning and oven cleaning.

Last year I became a limited company and made Jackie, one of my first employees, a manager to help me run the business. I’m proud to say that I started my business from the ground up and am still cleaning for my original clients. I work very closely with everyone who works for me to ensure that we all work to very high standards.
